Dr. Steven Chu

Steven Chu is a phycisist who won a share of the 1997 Nobel Prize in Physics for his research into the cooling and trapping of atoms using laser light.  He is also the 12th United States Secretary of Energy.  He is a public advocate of research into alternative energy sources to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and reduce the impacts of climate change.
