Prof. Peter Doherty

Peter Doherty is a medical researcher and vetinary surgeon who won the 1996 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine together with Rolf Zinkernagel.

His work mainly focusses on the immune system and together with Zinkernagel he discovered how T cells recognise and target their antigens.
